Shipping

The Pleasures of Tea, LLC currently only ships to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow one week for orders to be shipped via Standard Ground Service. If you require faster delivery service or would like a quote to ship outside the US, please do not place your order over the internet. Instead, e-mail your request to customerservice@pleasuresoftea.com and we will contact you to take your order and discuss your needs and the associated shipping charges.

Product Search Service

Didn't find a specific tea or other product in our store? The Pleasures of Tea, LLC offers a Product Search Service in which we will do our best to find the product you are looking for. E-mail your request to customerservice@pleasuresoftea.com or fill out the form in the Contact Us section.

If you would like to purchase your favorite tea in a package size that is larger than what is available, please contact us and we will provide you with a quote.

Coupons

Only one coupon code can be used per order.

Samples

A 1/2 oz. sample-size of any loose leaf tea can be purchased for $2.50, slightly higher for some teas. Simply add comments to your order or send us your request at customerservice@pleasuresoftea.com or by filling out the form in the Contact Us section. We will reply with a total of the applicable charges.

Damaged Items

The Pleasures of Tea, LLC must be notified of damaged items within five days of receipt, including weekends. After five days, The Pleasures of Tea, LLC is under no obligation to replace or refund any damaged items. The refund amount only applies to the cost of the product(s); no refunds will be given on the shipping charges.

Returns

Non-consumable items may be returned or exchanged within thirty days of receipt provided they are in the original packaging, have not been used, and are in saleable condition. Tea and other food items may not be returned, even if they are unopened.

Non-consumable items ordered through the Product Search Service may be returned within thirty days of receipt and a 25% restocking charge will be deducted from the refund amount. As above, these items must be in their original packaging, must not have been used, and must still be in saleable condition.

Returns must be given prior authorization be e-mailing customerservice@pleasuresoftea.com. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), a refund or exchange will be issued. The refund amount only applies to the cost of the product(s); no refunds will be given on the shipping charges.

Customer Information

Any customer information provided to The Pleasures of Tea, LLC will be used exclusively for sales and marketing activities. The Pleasures of Tea, LLC will not share or sell any customer information. In addition, we do not store any customer credit card information, so this information will be required each time an order is placed.
