Pu'erh Tea

Pu'erh, known as black tea in China, originates from the Yunnan Province in China and is the only truly fermented tea. There are two styles of Pu'erh: sheng ('raw' or 'green') and shou ('cooked'). Pu'erh comes in several forms: compressed into cakes; formed into shapes; or loose. Pu'erh teas are good for multiple infusions.
