Guayusa is an invigorating, vitamin and mineral rich organic tisane from the Ecuadorian Amazon in the northern part of South America that is blended with these classically paired flavors. Similar to its more familiar cousin, yerba maté, guayusa is not caffeine-free and it contains stimulating properties.
Guayusa has herbaceous, grassy, and earthy notes similar to yerba maté, but it yields a smoother infusion that lacks the bitterness of yerba maté.
