Shou Mini Tuo Cha with Chrysanthemum Pu-er is a post-fermented dark tea from the Yunnan Province of China that has been compressed into the shape of a mini "bird's nest" with chrysanthemum blossoms. Shou Pu-er undergoes the pile fermented process, which replicates an accelerated "aging" of the leaves. This combination has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to balance yin and yang and has been used traditionally to cool down a body that has too much heat.

The leaves yield a deep golden amber, smooth, medium-bodied infusion with a sweet, earthy-floral aroma and taste.

Each "nest" makes an 8-10 ounce cup of tea and the leaves can be infused multiple times.
