Please note that your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped out or picked up at our shop. This allows the ability to make adjustments to your order by adding teas or adding products or prepared teas at the shop.
Pick Up Orders
In order to best serve you in the most expeditious way possible, it is requested that orders to be pick up at the shop are placed at least 24 hours before desired pick up time. Please indicate in the Comments Section at checkout the date and approximate time of pick up. This helps our workflow and will allow us enough time to ensure that everything will be ready for your arrival. Please note that there is no need to update us if you are running late or can't make it on the day you indicate. We will still have your order set aside for you. Please refer to our shop hours at www.infuseteabarny.com for available times to pick up your order. When placing orders for pick up, it is best to select the "Pay when picking up order" payment option and NOT input your credit card information. This allows for the greatest flexibility, including making changes to your order, adding items, or an infused tea to go!
The Pleasures of Tea, LLC currently only ships to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to one week for orders to be shipped via Standard Ground Service. If you require faster delivery service or would like a quote to ship outside the US, please do not place your order in the online shop. Instead, e-mail your request to Kristine@InfuseTeaBarNY.com and we will contact you to take your order and discuss your needs and the associated shipping charges. *Please note that orders are only filled on days that our shop is open and are filled and shipped in the order that they are received.
Please be sure to accurately input the shipping address! If an address is inputted incorrectly, the package will be returned to us or delivered to someone else. The Pleasures of Tea is not responsible for any orders in which inaccurate addresses have been provided. If an order is returned to us, we will gladly re-ship it with additional shipping charges incurred by the person who placed the order.
We assume that orders are gifts where they are being shipped to a recipient and address that is different than the billing name and address. We include a zero-price packing slip in such orders and can include a personalized message. If you would like to include a personalized message, please include the message in the Comments section in the cart.
The Pleasures of Tea, LLC must be notified of damaged items within five days of receipt, including weekends in order to obtain a replacement or refund. Photos of damaged items and shipping container will be required when submitting your claim. After five days, The Pleasures of Tea, LLC is under no obligation to replace or refund any damaged items.
Non-consumable items may be returned or exchanged within thirty days of receipt provided they are in the original packaging, have not been used, and are in saleable condition. Tea and other food items may not be returned, even if they are unopened.
Returns must be given prior authorization by emailing Kristine@InfuseTeaBarNY.com or by calling 631-278-5755. Instructions for returning the product will be provided upon authorization of return. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), a refund or exchange will be issued. The refund amount only applies to the cost of the product(s) and applicable taxes less a 10% restocking fee; no refunds will be given on the shipping charges.
Any customer information provided to The Pleasures of Tea, LLC will be used exclusively for internal sales and communication activities. The Pleasures of Tea, LLC will neither share nor sell any customer information. In addition, we do not store any customer credit card information, so this information will be required for each transaction.
