This traditional Jasmine tea uses green tea leaves from the Fujian Province that have been lightly oxidized (about 5%) as its base. These leaves are then repeatedly scented over several days with beautifully fragrant, night-blooming jasmine blossoms. Most of the jasmine blossoms are removed after the scenting process is complete, but a few are left in the blend for visual appeal.
The leaves yield a smooth and aromatic, light- to medium-bodied infusion with delicate floral and fresh notes. Try it iced!
