Neelamalai Farm Frost is a high-grown full leaf black tea from the Nilgiri Region of India. Located at an elevation of 6,800 feet, the high-grown leaves are cultivated in abundant shade and are hand-plucked and harvested during winter. Please note that while biodynamic and organic farming methods are employed, the teas from this garden are not certified organic.
The leaves yield an aromatic and complex, medium-bodied infusion that is bright, mild, smooth, and balanced with notes of citrus, floral, and hay, and a refreshing aftertaste.
