Steamed Decaf Organic is a green tea from the Zhejiang Province in China. The province is located on the east coast, just north of Fujian, and is mostly hilly with plains dominating in the north. The climate is humid and subtropical, providing an ideal climate for this agricultural region. The leaves are steamed after harvest and then undergo CO₂-decaffeination in order to preserve as many of the aromatic, flavor, and health constituents as possible.
The leaves unfurl to yield a smooth and balanced, light– to medium-bodied infusion with fresh, grassy and slightly earthy notes.
